Dr. Naureen Mushtaq is an Associate Professor and Section Head of Pediatric Oncology/Hematology at Aga Khan University Hospital, Pakistan. She is also a Consultant Pediatric Neuro-oncologist and the Fellowship Director for Pediatric Neuro-oncology. She completed her Neuro-oncology fellowship at The Hospital for Sick Children, Toronto (2013-2014) and is the only trained Pediatric Neuro-oncologist in Pakistan. She established the Pediatric Neuro-oncology MDT at AKUH and developed Pediatric Brain Tumor Boards across Pakistan with support from the My Child Matter Grant (Sanofi Espoir Aventis Foundation). She is the founder of the Pediatric Neuro-oncology fellowship in Pakistan and led the development of Pakistan’s National Guidelines for treating Medulloblastoma, Low-Grade Glioma, and High-Grade Glioma.
